Being a dancer, Lupe is lightly muscled and incredibly toned in all the right places. Her Hispanic heritage gives her a year-round tan, making her the envy of white American woman. She also operates at a hotter temperature than normal humans, due to her near-constant state of lust, but she shows no sign of flushing. She enjoys dressing rather promiscuously for the reaction as well as the comfort, but as a teacher, she tries to keep that side of her at bay. Keyword being “tries”. PB Shakira Personality: Lupe is not very experienced in her ways as a teacher, but she is very much a creature of habit. She knows how to get what she wants, and she isn't afraid to get it. She is a good natured demon, free-spirited and friendly so long as things go her way. She has seen a enough of death, war, and suffering of humans to know that she doesn't care for them as a whole, but she doesn't wish them ill. They are simply a means to an end for her, though some are more fun than others. She can seem sweet, but Lupe is incredibly calculating, and not afraid to manipulate anyone to get what she wants. As a teacher, she chooses to help other demons by teaching them to control their hungers, only because she knows how painful it is for a demon to be unable to stop themselves. After all, if there is no prey to be had, it hurts only the demon. The nature of her race is to feed off of the sexual pleasures of men, so she simply does not form lasting bonds with anyone. She doesn't say that she has "friends," but she does have colleagues and she has a strange sense of attachment to the students that would possibly even be considered "motherly." As a succubus, she is fertile only three times a year, so the rest of the year she is very free of mind and nature. Background: Lupe’s father was never in the picture, at least not beyond being a sperm donor. What did men know about feeding off sex? Sure they could be serious horn dogs, but that meant nothing when it came to needing sex to sustain life. So she was raised by her mother, homeschooled though in addition to learning what her peers were being taught in schools, she had extra courses in the history of her lineage and how to support herself once her mother took off. Maria Dominiguez wasn’t mother of a parental-figure, much preferring to spend her nights partying and dancing at the latest clubs instead of being home with her daughter. Of course, all this suited Lupe just fine. From the time she was young, she was left to her own devices. So a fair amount of her time was spent two blocks down from the apartment, watching the local dance class from the window and practicing along with them on the sidewalk. It came to be that Lupe was an expected visitor and invited into the class to practice with them. It was unusual to see an eight year old so adept at salsa and belly dance, but the instructors went with it, much to the girl’s delight. This pattern kept up for several years. Wake up to an empty apartment. Breakfast, studies. Maria comes in for personalized instruction. Dinner. Maria leaves and Lupe goes to the dance club. It was a comfortable routine and one that the young succubus enjoyed. She got to test out her body and abilities without much restraint, and grow into herself as a woman and as a demon. Finally, the day she turned thirteen, Maria pronounced her motherly obligations fulfilled and left Lupe on her own. Lupe continued to attend the dance classes and studied on her own. Eventually, she became recognized in her town for her skill at dance. She was asked to perform at different local festivals, which turned into paid gigs. Her first big performance was at the largest festival in Barranquilla, the Carnaval de Barranquilla. It was not only the biggest folklore celebration in the country; it was the largest carnival in the world! Talk about pressure. Of course, Lupe wasn’t fazed at all. She went right up on stage, performed her set and an encore, and then got herself lost in the crowd. While she was roaming around, she ran into an older gentleman, an angel named Kennedy. They grabbed lunch and started talking. He told her about working in the Peace Corps, and she told him about her dream to move to America and dance in videos. Nothing could be done with her so young, he told her, so they exchanged contact information and promised to keep in touch. Every year, she asked if he could take her to America, and every year he held her off, all the way up until she turned 21. Finally, Kennedy agreed to a marriage –in name only- so that she could get citizenship in his country. They agreed to 18 months. It was long enough for her to get her green card, but not so close to the line that it would be suspicious. Once in America, Lupe got her wish, performing in hiphop and popular music videos. After the economy crashed, her phone stopped ringing with job offers. She was too new to the system to be a regular, and so she turned to Kennedy for ideas. That’s when she heard about TJS. Abilities: As a demonic succubus, Lupe is strong, agile, and can heal faster than any human. Her lifespan is incredibly long, and she is based solely on the sexual gratification of men and herself. As a result, Lupe’s natural abilities as a succubus make it near impossible for a man to resist her should she choose to pursue him, but she does that rarely, and she is capable of inspiring a level of uncontrollable lust in men to make it difficult for them to control. As a succubus, she is fertile only three times a year. She is able to eat normal food and drink, but it is not her source of nutrition. Weaknesses: Lupe has no sense of real compassion or care for human men, so she is unaware of any attachments that could possibly form between her and another. She is not able to force a man to desire her, and always falls victim to free will, though she tries her damndest to work around it. Her powers are solely based around sex with men, however, so she has absolutely no sway over women, and that can be tedious. She is unable to walk on holy ground, touch holy objects or beings.
